On Cask: Admiral Baker’s Best from SDBC

Posted by Jay on Wednesday, 11 April 2007

We’re pleased to be offering a cask from a new brewer for us: San Diego Brewing Company.  Dean, their brewmaster, comes in for dinner from time to time and was nice enough to offer to put this cask together for us.

The beer is Admiral Baker’s Best, an English style medium bitter (which means it’s mild).  It’s always a treat to share in the depth of breadth of the San Diego brewing community.  Thanks, Dean and SDBC!
