Boss Hog

Max and the gang really know how to go whole hog: head cheese, country pate, cabeza taquitos, carnitas tacos, pulled pork sandwich, duo of grilled loin and braised belly, tagliatelle and trotters, and chocolate and honey dipped pork belly. That last one’s a dessert.
