Elevated Wings

For those of you who want to watch the Chargers game tonite in a public establishment, but have high standards when it comes to bar food — Max is cooking up some wings from Curtis Womach’s pastured chickens. I don’t know if it’s ’cause he’s from upstate New York or what, but Max makes the best I’ve ever had. It undoubtedly has something to do with Curtis’ chickens, too.
Anyway, we’ll have the game on in the bar tonite, as well as plenty of TV-free tables in the dining room for those who prefer a footballless dinner.
