Fermentation Crazy

First sauerkraut, now we’re keeping the probiotic train rolling with house made kombucha. Steph and Michael just released their latest batch of the nonalcoholic fermented tea, it’s on the menu now.

Oh, my gosh I love you guys! I just finished reading Wild Fermentation and it was inspiring. Keep up the good work making scrumptious food that’s good for us too.

I love Kombucha! I am going to San Diego this weekend and will be eatting at your restautant for the first time! I can hardly wait.
