Greetings from San Francisco, where Michael and I had the privilege tonite of accepting a Good Food Award for the Linkery country ham. Max should be here too, as he’s just as much a part of this — however he’s in San Diego holding down the fort and dreaming up new tacos at El Take It Easy.
We’ve been making these hams for many years now, and we are really grateful to you for liking them, and buying our ham dishes, so that we can keep doing it and getting better on it. To be recognized by an award as prestigious as this means a lot to all of us — thank you for supporting our efforts and being such a big part of it.
