Update: “Stimulus” is so February. Now it’s the “2 Line Bar Magnet.”
Hey, it’s a promotion! We don’t do them often, but we try to make them good.

So, we’re 4 years old and finally settled in after our big move last summer. This birthday feels kind of like a Grand Re-opening, where we’re taking stock of how we’re doing.
One thing that’s obvious is that we’ve spent so much time working on the restaurant side of our business, that we’ve rather neglected the bar. We’ve always intended for this place to serve the community as both a restaurant and a neighborhood pub, just like the old location did.
So, in order to jump start some fun at the big slab of birch in the center of our place, we are introducing the Linkery Bar Stimulus Package 2 Line Bar Magnet*.
We’re offering our plate of two sausage (or portobello) tacos and a Session Lager, jar o’ wine, or sparkling water, all for 10 bucks total. The rules: At the bar only, dining-in only, Sunday thru Thursday only, doesn’t apply with coupons, substitutions politely declined. If you order it with a chicken link it’s a dollar more.
This won’t be on the menu, you have to ask for it. Code phrase: “stimulus package” “2 Line Bar Magnet”. Or whatever, we’ll know what you’re talking about. We don’t know how long we’ll do it for, maybe a week, maybe forever.
We hope this is fun, and helpful for those who like to come in and eat Linkery food without getting caught up in the whole dinner thing. Our bar is open for food from 5:30pm to 11:30pm every night, and also on Fri-Sun from noon to 3:30pm.
* We stole both the idea and the original name for this promotion from our friends at Farm 255.
I love this idea! I’ll be swinging by for sure!

I love a good stimulus package! Especially when my sausage comes in a taco!
Hi Jay, big fan of the Stimulus Package here… not just because it is a great deal, and not just because it is delicious (especially with the Polynesian Pork sausage), but also because when we visited and ordered this last Tuesday, my boyfriend proposed to me! We love the Linkery and now I’m glad it’s a part of our history. Thanks for all you do.
