Linkery Cuvee #1

Posted by Jay on Monday, 1 December 2008

Starting Friday, we’ll be featuring a new wine, Linkery Cuvee #1, from Christopher Cameron Vineyards in Carlsbad. The grapes are all from their Lambert Bridge vineyard in Dry Creek, Sonoma, and the wine is a blend of 2005 Cabernet, 2007 Cabernet, and 2006 Merlot. Our wine manager Bobby and I blended the wine at the winery with winemaker Chris Van Alyea, and we think you’ll enjoy it. We did.

That’s Bobby on the right.

We’ll be serving this wine directly from a cask, by the glass or carafe, as we did with the Tolosa Estate Pinot Noir this fall. No bottle waste!
