Things are changing around here. Today we welcome our new chef: Keith “Golden Eagle” Adams. Keith came to us from Grand Rapids, Michigan, where he previously worked at Winchester. He’s been working with us for several months already, and is committed to continuing to do the things we do, the right way. That said, you’ll see his new dishes rotate onto the menu, starting as soon as tonite.
Max is staying in the family: he’ll be the full-time toque at El Take It Easy.
