Every Monday we offer a unique Linkery taco, a la carte, as a kind of bar food. Some people are watching football and so on, and other of us just want to eat snacky.
Tonite’s taco is pastured lamb with a green salsa of cilantro, jalapeno and onion. Max cooked the lamb the same way he told me to cook my goat last nite. It’s delicious.
