A lot of people have been asking us what the menu will be for the Paso Wine dinner on Tuesday. Max and Joel and Bobby finally got a chance to sit and taste all the wines (OK, maybe I tasted a couple too), and the menu is set.
Every dish features meat and/or cheese from the area surrounding the wineries. All the lambs and cows are grass-fed and pastured, natch.
You can enjoy whichever pairings you want (9 bucks for the food and a half pour of wine) or order the whole thing as a dinner. By the way, I can personally vouch for these wines — they are beautiful.
On a related note, Joel and I will be on television channel 6 on Sunday morning at 9am or so, talking about the whole Pasopallooza that’s happening next week, and the Linkery. If you have one of those moving picture boxes, tune us in.
