Rabbie Burns Night Festivities

This Sunday is Burns Night. In celebration, the Linkery will not offer whisky, and poetry remains to be determined, but certainly we will be providing:

* House made haggis – our first time making it! All pastured meat, natch.
* Scotch quail eggs from pastured local quail. This is house made sausage wrapped around a hard-boiled quail egg, then hand-fried in a kettle. We get a lot of requests for this, so here it is.
* Wee Heavy from AleSmith on draft. A rare local treat.

We open at noon, and all of the above will be available starting at 5:30pm. Unless, of course, our schemes gang a-gley.
