From time to time we get our hands on some grass-fed beef brisket and cure it into corned beef. And make a dish for which we are well known.

America’s Most Hand-Made Reuben (as far as we know)
This is: house cured corned beef, house fermented sauerkraut from Suzie’s Farm local organic cabbage, house made Russian dressing, Point Reyes Farmstead Toma cheese, house baked beer bread.
It will be available this Tuesday (tomorrow) at 5:30pm, and be available until they’re gone. Sometime it’s a few hours, sometimes it’s a few days. We don’t know. But we would love for you to come and enjoy one.
