If a Linkery dinner were a long-playing record, its cover would look like that of the Beatles’ Sgt. Pepper, in this case portaying the myriad people who come together (pun intended) to create the dishes and drinks we are privileged to serve.
Over the course of the year, we had the pleasure of visiting and working closely with many of the farmers, artisans, brewers, winemakers, and distributors whose food and drink we enjoy every day. Here’s just a sample.

I’m sure I’ve omitted some important folks, and I apologize for that! But the important thing, for us, is to call attention to the people whose work, attention, and love infuse the dishes we serve and eat. It’s truly an honor and joy to be allowed to be a part of it.
