On the Thursday of Beer Week, we’re teaming up for a progressive dinner with Green Flash and four of my personal favorite restaurants: Sea Rocket Bistro, Ritual Tavern, Jayne’s Gastropub and Blind Lady Ale House.

Each location will offer several pairings of Green Flash beer and their food, for under ten bucks. If you hit all five restaurants you’ll be able to taste up to fifteen pairings. Or stay at just one and have two or three. Green Flash is running a “hop-on/hop-off” shuttle up and down 30th and out to the Blind Lady — and the shuttle is free. 30th Street is going to be on fire this nite, and it’s going to be great.

I don’t yet know what all the other restaurants’ pairings are, but I know ours:

Green Flash 30th Street Pale Ale
- paired with -
Marinated house cured saucisson sec, local olive oil, local herbs

Green Flash Hop-less Gruit
- paired with -
Pastured chicken Scotch egg with GF spent barley sausage and pomegranate jelly

Green Flash Belgian Stout
- paired with -
House made spiced waffles, Taza chocolate/house-cured bacon ice cream

Each pairing is $8 for the plate of food and half-pour of beer, all Thursday nite!
