Self Sparkle

Thanks to an excellent effort spearheaded by our own Ethan, the Linkery is making our own sparkling water. The ingredients: filtered water, CO2, and a hint of sage. Plus the brute strength involved in vigorously shaking the keg of water to get the CO2 to stick in there — no fancy carbonating equipment for us!

Anyway, it’s delicious, I much prefer it to Perrier or Pellegrino, and I think the Sam Malone (sparkling water and jamacia) is really going to improve. And, of course, it doesn’t require shipping bottles of water around the world, which really does seem ridiculous.

    excellent, since I learned to force carbonate my own water, I have not purchased a single bottle of sparkling water
