Dear Jay,
Explosively crushed would not adequately describe my disappointment to learn Seth chose your offer for the naming rights to his car when I had offered to name his car Uncle Roy for $5.
My immediate reaction was probably typically: I should have offered him $6.25 to name it More Cowbell, but still.
(I’ll admit I lost most of my creative juices after I was punished at age 4 for stealing a neighbor’s doll and painting it black so I wouldn’t be caught, so I’m not surprised at the outcome.)
My sincere congratulations and best wishes. Dammit.
