Space Burgers

If you are super observant, you may have noticed that we’re using a new farm for our burgers (don’t feel bad if you didn’t notice, though, there’s a lot to read on that thing!).

We just started buying chuck meat from Open Space Meats, which is a pastured cattle ranch run by the Nietschke family in Newman, California, in the Central Valley about where 580 and 5 meet south of Tracy.

This is 100% grassfed beef from Angus cattle, always pastured. We’ve been working directly with Seth Nietschke to get this beef here and we are really pleased with the result, the burgers are beefy and delicious.
