It’s back! Every year from Thanksgiving to Christmas, we make and sell tamales. It turns out that a lot of you are like us, and love tamal season, but prefer to eat ones made with righteous meat. Over the course of the month, we’ll have pastured turkey, pastured chicken, grassfed beef, and Berkshire pork. Typically they cost $3 each unless we make a bunch of mini ones.
