At North Park Meat Co, we’re now offering 4-ounce packs of real country ham for ten bucks. These hams are made from Berkshire hogs raised outdoors at Barney Bahrenfuse’s farm in Grinnell, Iowa. Michael and company have cured them with blackstrap molasses and aged them for many months in our curing room.
One of our farmers, who is au courant with the leading curers in the country, told us that this ham was the best he’s ever tasted. You’ll have to tell us if you agree.
