
Wednesday is Burns Nite, and we are, as always, getting our haggis on. House made — Max says this year is his best haggis yet. We’ll also have Alesmith Wee Heavy and Moylan’s Kiltlifter. In the “not actually Scottish, but delicious bar food” category, we’re making Scotch eggs, with house made sausage and pastured chicken eggs.
