Total Anniversary Recall

For our 7th Anniversary celebration this weekend, we’re bringing back (new takes on) three dishes from “Ye Olde Days” that were big successes in their time:


Steak Nopal: Central Coast grass-fed skirt steak, cactus paddle, Suzie’s farm red celery, local cilantro, flan butter


Berkshire Pork Chops: Two Edna Valley Berkshire pork chops, local kumquat marmalade, Suzie’s Farm oyster mushroom and green garlic.

And (not pictured) Choucroute! Which is a link of your choice, and cured pork belly, over house cured sauerkraut braised in white wine and Berkshire pork, with house baked beer bread and house made mustard.
