Unique Foods of the Moment

Since I haven’t been doing my part in keeping up the the updates, we may not have been as thorough as usual in letting everyone know what we’ve been able to procure and make. Here’s some interesting stuff that’s available right now:

* Pastured Berkshire pork chop from B&B Farms with local tomatillos, red peppers, yellow squash and Arbol chile sauce.
* 6 oz pastured (grassfed) Angus rib-eye steak from Spanish Oak Ranches in Edna, CA
* Pastured lamb with local goat cheese, corn and rice, with verde of Hatch green chiles that Bobby procured and a pear salad of Bartlett pears from Tenerelli Farms.
* House cured cider ham (pastured pork from B&B Farms) & cheese sliders
* Hand made tagliatelle with local heirloom tomatoes (this may be my favorite vegetarian dish we’ve ever served)
* A couple dishes with wild-caught Baja grouper
* Grilled grass-fed beef heart
* Cobbler of Fuji apples from Fair Hills Farm and O’Henry peaches from Tenerelli Orchards.
