UPDATE: This is tonite!
We’ve had a lot of requests to roll out a beer dinner with vegetarian pairings, showcasing the produce that we;re getting from local farms and cask beers from local breweries.
This coming Thursday, we’re doing just that.
We decided to serve casks from four different breweries, to show the most possible breadth of flavors for the dinner. Here’s the menu:
Cask conditioned Stone Pale Ale with Coriander
paired with
Pablano pepper chile relleno (peppers from Wingshadows Hacienda)
Cask conditioned Green Flash Trippel
paired with
Cipollini onion rings (from Wingshadows Hacienda)
Cask conditioned Ballast Point Calico Ale
paired with
Beer breaded eggplant with local tomatoes (all from Wingshadows Hacienda)
Coronado Nutter Brown
paired with
House made “Nutter Butter” ice cream sandwich
All pairings $9 for the food and a half pour of beer.
Vegans, we’ll do one for you in October.
