I think that urban gardens, community cultivation, and the whole farm-to-table project that the Linkery has led here in San Diego, is a terrific antidote to “race to the bottom.” I sincerely think everyone benefits with more care and less efficiency. Has anyone seen the PBS program The Endless Feast?

I’d never heard of “Endless Feast” but I just checked it out online. I would have enjoyed the one in Arroyo Grande particularly, as we have good friends and food partners in that area.
