Melon Salad with Feta Cheese Recipe

Ingredients 4 servings

  • 1 package diced Feta cheese, rounded 175g
  • 150 g haricots verts
  • 1 small red onion
  • 10 split cocktail tomatoes
  • 2 dl diced watermelon
  • 1 dl diced Galia melon (or other melon you like)
  • 1 bag (150g) mixed salad
  • 1 pot basil leaves
  • 2 tablespoons Extra virgin olive oil Classico (for seasoning)
  • 2 tablespoons Balsam vinegar rosé
  • Salt and black pepper

How to prepare
