Ingredients (1 Serving)
25 g of optional green salad
1 cup boiled white beans
1/2 sliced red onion
1 large tomato
30 g mozzarella light
3 leaves of fresh basil
Dressing
1 teaspoon of olive oil
1 teaspoon of balm vinegar
salt, pepper
Garnish
1 tbsp pumpkin seeds
1 tbsp planed parmesan cheese
Do this
Mix vegetables, mozzarella and basil on a large, preferably deep plate. Pour dressing over and garnish with pumpkin seeds and parmesan. The hungry adds bread after the point supply.
