Classic Salmon Pudding

Ingredients

  • 600 g cooked potato
  • 1 large yellow onion
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 dl milk
  • 1 dl cream
  • 1 dl water
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
  • 300 g cold smoked salmon
  • 1 dl fresh dill
  • 25 g butter

How to prepare

  1. Slice potatoes and onions. Mix eggs, milk, cream, water, salt and pepper to an egg mixture.
  2. Turn boiled potatoes, salmon, onions and dill into a greased oven dish. Pour on the egg mixture. Plan the butter with a cheese grater and place on top.
  3. Bake in the middle of the oven until the egg has set, about 40 minutes at 200 degrees. Serve with a salad.
