Spaghetti with Bolognese Sauce is often forgotten at home, but it is so good.
The recipe gives about 5 portions.
Ingredients:
1 yellow onion
2 garlic cloves
1 tbsp rapeseed oil
500 g of beef
0.5 tsp salt
0.5 tsp coarsely ground black pepper
2 tsp paprika spice
1 teaspoon grated ginger
1 tablespoon dried basil or a few leaves finely chopped fresh basil
0.5 dl tomato puree
2 dl passed tomatoes
1 teaspoon powdered sugar
0.5 dl oat cream (for cooking)
Do this:
Peel the yellow onion. Divide it in two and slice thinly. Finely grate the garlic on a grater.
Heat the oil in a deep frying pan. Lower the heat to medium and stir the onion and garlic with stirring until they become very soft.
Add the minced meat and all the spices, increase the heat and stir until all the minced meat is cooked through. Reduce heat to medium again and then have in tomato puree, passed tomatoes and powdered sugar. Stir and then lower the heat further to the lowest, put on the lid and simmer for about 5 minutes.
Then put in the oat cream and stir. Let the sauce continue to simmer under cover at the lowest temperature for 10-15 minutes. The longer it gets the better it gets.
