Peel and dice the sweet potato and fry with the onion for a few minutes.
Chop down chili and stir in saucepan.
Add the remaining ingredients and cook at half speed for 15-20 minutes. The sweet potato should be soft, test with a potato stick.
Then you mix everything up into a smooth soup. If necessary, dilute with more water if it is too thick.
Taste and season more. Serve with good sourdough bread!
