Fried Salmon with Sweet Chili Paste

Ingredients 4 servings

  • 500 g Salmon fillet Frozen
  • 1 ml Salt Fine
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Pasta: 280 g of spaghetti
  • 0.5 dl Whipped cream
  • 1 cup sweet chili
  • 0.5 tsp Salt Fine
  • 1 cup water
  • 0.5 lemon
  • 1 dl creme fraiche natural
    Sides
  • 0.5 cucumber
  • 125 g cherry tomatoes

How to prepare

  1. Thaw the salmon fillets.
  2. Pasta: Cook the pasta as directed on the package.
  3. Saute creme fraiche, cream, sweet chili sauce and salt in a saucepan. Add 1 cup of the boiling pasta water when the pasta has boiled for at least 5 minutes.
  4. Accessories: Rinse and cut the cucumber into small rods and rinse and split the tomatoes in the middle. Put in bowls.
  5. Salmon: Cut each salmon fillet into 4 pieces and salt to taste. Heat a frying pan with a little oil and fry them on medium heat for about 2 minutes on both sides.
  6. Pasta: Strain from the pasta water and mix the pasta with the sweet chili sauce. Squeeze juice from 1/2 lemon and place on a platter. Top with the fried salmon cubes and serve with the vegetables.
