Saute creme fraiche, cream, sweet chili sauce and salt in a saucepan. Add 1 cup of the boiling pasta water when the pasta has boiled for at least 5 minutes.
Accessories: Rinse and cut the cucumber into small rods and rinse and split the tomatoes in the middle. Put in bowls.
Salmon: Cut each salmon fillet into 4 pieces and salt to taste. Heat a frying pan with a little oil and fry them on medium heat for about 2 minutes on both sides.
Pasta: Strain from the pasta water and mix the pasta with the sweet chili sauce. Squeeze juice from 1/2 lemon and place on a platter. Top with the fried salmon cubes and serve with the vegetables.
