It’s so damn good. In addition, it is extremely easy to do. You can do the raspberry compote several days before, and the rest of this delicious dessert you swivel together in just under 15 minutes.
The recipe gives 4 servings.
Ingredients (raspberry compote):
225 g frozen raspberry
0.75 dl powdered sugar
juice from 1 lemon
2 krm agar agar powder (can be excluded)
0.5 dl water
Ingredients (filling and bottoms):
12 dreams (bake yourself or buy ready)
500 g of cream cheese
1.5 dl whipped cream
1 dl icing sugar
2 teaspoons vanilla sugar
lemon zest from 1 lemon
freeze-dried raspberries to decorate with
Do this:
Boil all the ingredients for the raspberry compote in a saucepan with stirring until the raspberries have dissolved into a mash.
Pour the raspberry compote into a bowl and place in the refrigerator to cool for at least 1 hour before continuing with the dessert.
Crumble one and a half dreams at the bottom of each glass.
Whisk together whipped cream and cream cheese to fluffy and creamy batter at medium speed.
Add icing sugar, vanilla sugar and lemon zest and gently invert to a smooth and glossy batter.
Put the cream cheese cream in an alcohol bag and distribute it in the glasses.
Place a thin layer of raspberry compote on the cream cheese layer.
Crumble one and a half dreams in each glass over the cream cheese cream.
Sprinkle one more layer of cream cheese cream and then another layer of raspberry compote. Save some of the cream cheese cream to decorate with.
Sprinkle a click of cream cheese cream as decoration. Garnish with freeze-dried raspberries.
Serve directly or store them in the fridge!
