Ingredients for 8 pieces
- Butter: 100 grams
- Flour: 2½ dl
- Baking Soda: ½ tbsp
- Powdered sugar: ½ dl
Filling:
- Whipping cream: 2 dl
- Powdered sugar: 2 tablespoons
- Ground cinnamon: 2 tbsp
- Flour: 1 tablespoon
How to prepare
- Set oven to 175 °. Melt the butter in a pot. Mix down flour, baking powder and sugar and stir
together into a dough. - Push it out in a pie mold with detachable edge, 24 cm in diameter. mix together
cream, sugar, cinnamon and flour. - Pour the filling into the mold. Bake in the lower part of the oven approx
30 min. - Let cool and serve the pie cold.
