Ingredients for 10 pieces
- Powdered sugar: ½ dl
- Vanilla sugar: 1 tbsp
- Flour: 2½ dl
- Butter: 100 g
- Egg yolk: 1
Filling:
- Lime: 3
- Eggs: 3
- Powdered sugar: 2 dl
- Flour: ½ dl
- Icing sugar
How to prepare
- Measure out sugar, vanilla sugar and flour in a bowl. Add butter and egg yolk and quickly work together to form a dough.
- Press out the dough into a pie mold with removable edge, about 24 cm in diameter. Let rest for about 30 min. Set oven to 200 °. Nagga pie dough. Bake pie shell in the middle of the oven about 10 min.
- Peel the peel off with 1 paste. Squeeze juice out of all 3. Whisk eggs and sugar puffy. Mix flour, lime peel and lime juice. Pour the filling into the pie shell and bake in the lower part of the oven for about 15 minutes.
- The pie should be a little loose in the middle, but solidify when cold. Leave to cool overnight. Powder on icing sugar, garnish with grated lime zest.
