- Sifted pine flour: 2½ dl
- Butter: 100 g
- Quark: 1 dl
Filling:
- Fresh basil 2 pots
- Egg 3
- Quark: 1¾ dl
- Whipped cream: 1 dl
- Grated cheese gratin: 150 g
- Salt: ½ tsp
- Black pepper: 1 pinch
- Pressed garlic cloves: 2
- Roasted pine nuts: 1 dl
How to prepare
- Chop flour and butter into a grainy mass. Add flour and work quickly into a dough. Press out the dough into a pie mold, about 23 cm in diameter.
- Chop with a fork. Allow the pie dough to rest in the fridge for about 30 minutes. Set oven to 200 °.
- Chop the basil. Whisk together eggs, mince, cream, cheese, salt, pepper, garlic and basil.
- Bake pie shell in the middle of the oven about 10 min. Pour in the filling and sprinkle over the pine nuts. Bake in the middle of the oven 35-40 min.
