You need for up to 4 servings:
400 g of leafy steak of good quality.
2 tablespoons butter for frying
1 tbsp curry
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 krm black pepper
1 / 2-1 tsp sambal oelek
2 pressed garlic cloves
2 cups whipped cream
1/2 broth dice
About 1 dl of water
Do this:
Cut the meat into thin strips.
Melted butter together with curry in a tractor pan / frying pan. Then brown the leafy steak in the curry butter for a minute.
Add salt, pepper, soy, sambal oelek, garlic, cream, broth cubes and water. Cook for about 5 minutes.
Serve with jasmine or basmati rice and a good salad.
