Ingredients for 4 people
- 300 g of pasta
- 1 bundle of asparagus, (250 g)
- 1 halloumi, pack (200 g)
- 0.5 tbsp olive oil
- 4 tablespoons pesto
- 16 green olives
- 1 dl marinated roasted cherry tomatoes
- 1 dl basil leaf
- 2 pinches freshly ground black pepper
Pasta salad with pesto and halloumi. How to prepare
Cook the pasta as directed on the package. Cut the asparagus into pieces and let it cook for the last 3–4 min. Let drain in a colander.
Cut the cheese into slices. Brush the cheese slices with the oil and grill them for about 1 minute on each side.
Mix pasta and asparagus with pesto. Turn down olives, tomatoes and basil. Pepper. Serve the pasta with the grilled cheese.
