- Eggs: 2
- Powdered sugar: 1 dl
- Butter: 100 g
- Quark: 1 dl
- Grated almond pulp: 100 g
- Flour: 3½ dl
- Baking Soda: 1 tsp
- Ground cinnamon: 1 tsp
- Pear: 2
How to prepare
Set oven to 175 °. Lubricate and brew a sponge cake mold. Whisk eggs and sugar until fluffy. Melt the butter and stir it into the batter. Add millet and almond paste. Mix flour, baking powder and half of the cinnamon. Stir it down and spread the batter into the mold. Seed and cut the pear into gaps. Cut them in half in batter. Powder over the rest of the cinnamon. Bake in the bottom of the oven 45 – 55 min. Let the cake cool.
