Ingredients for 2 persons
- 1/2 yellow onion
- 1 garlic clove
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika powder
- 1 pack of crushed tomatoes (500 g)
- 1 vegetable broth dice
- 1 can of tuna in water
- 1 tbsp capers
- real with freshly ground black pepper
- lightly cooked broccoli for serving
How to prepare the sauce
1. Peel and chop onions and garlic. Let oil in a frying pan. Add paprika powder.
2. Add the crushed tomatoes and the broth cubes and let it rest for a while. Pour off any excess liquid Add plenty of black pepper right out of the mill and enjoy as a garnish on your sandwich.
