0.5 dl finely chopped dill

1 ml black pepper

How to prepare
Tear the zucchini roughly and squeeze out as much liquid as possiblerMix together flour and baking powder and stir the eggs into thee down feta cheese (remove a little to garnish) and stir down zucchini, dill, salt and pepper.Heat a pan with olive oil and fry or click down about ½ dl batter at a time, shape into plates. Fry the plates on medium heat in batches, they should get a golden and nice color. They will float out at first but stop quickly.

Garnish with coarsely chopped dill and some feta cheese and serve with mint yogurt and tomato salad.
