Cut broccoli into bouquets. Peel and cut the broccoli stem into pieces. Place everything on a sheet of baking sheet paper. Drizzle with olive oil, chili flakes, and salt. Roast in the middle of the oven for 5 min.
Salmon: Season the salmon with salt, pepper and chili flakes. Remove the plate with broccoli after 5 minutes and place on the salmon. Fry everything in the middle of the oven for about 12-15 minutes.
Feta Cheese: Crush feta cheese in a bowl and mix down quark, pressed garlic, chopped basil, honey, and water. Season with salt and pepper.
