Baked Salmon with Broccoli and Feta Cheese Cream

Ingredients

  • 500 g broccoli
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 pinch Chili flakes
  • 1 pinch Salt Fine
  • 1 piece of baking sheet paper
  • Salmon
  • 250 g of salmon fillet
  • 1 pinch Salt Fine
  • 1 pinch Black pepper Malen
  • 1 pinch Chili flakes
  • 1.5 dl Quarter 10 percent
  • 150 g Feta cheese
  • 0.5 pieces of cloves Garlic Plain
  • 1 pots Basilica – fresh
  • 0.5 tsp Honey Liquid
  • 1 tbsp Water
  • 1 pinch Salt Fine
  • 1 pinch Black pepper Malen

How to prepare

  1. Broccoli and salmon: Set oven to 200 degrees.
  2. Cut broccoli into bouquets. Peel and cut the broccoli stem into pieces. Place everything on a sheet of baking sheet paper. Drizzle with olive oil, chili flakes, and salt. Roast in the middle of the oven for 5 min.
  3. Salmon: Season the salmon with salt, pepper and chili flakes. Remove the plate with broccoli after 5 minutes and place on the salmon. Fry everything in the middle of the oven for about 12-15 minutes.
  4. Feta Cheese: Crush feta cheese in a bowl and mix down quark, pressed garlic, chopped basil, honey, and water. Season with salt and pepper.
  5. Serve the salmon with broccoli and feta cheese.
