Ingredients
- 230 g of fresh pie dough
- 3 eggs
- 2 dl oat drink
- 0.5 tsp cayenne pepper
- 2 dl boiled quinoa
- 300 g cooked beetroot, in pieces
- 2 green onions, shredded
- 200 g chevre, broken into pieces
How to prepare
- Press out the pie dough into a pie mold and notch with a fork. Set in the freezer for about 10 min.
- Bake pie shell in the middle of the oven about 10 min.
- Mix eggs, oatmeal, salt and cayenne pepper. Distribute quinoa, beets, green onions and chevre in pie form.
- Pour over the egg mixture and bake in the middle of the oven for about 40 minutes.
