Ingredients
- 400 g of pasta
- 500 g broccoli
- Pasta Sauce
- 5 dl whipped cream
- 100 g freshly made parmesan cheese
- 1 lemon, finely grated shell (only the yellow)
- salt and black pepper
For serving
- 2 dl hazelnuts
- grated Parmesan
- freshly ground black pepper
How to prepare
- Roast the hazelnuts in a dry pan until the peel starts to loosen. Rub away the loose pieces of the shell by hugging the nuts in a kitchen towel.
- Roughly chop them.
Pasta sauce:
- Boil the cream in a saucepan and reduce (cook together) until about half remains about 10 minutes. Add the parmesan and lemon zest.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Cook the pasta as directed on the package. Cut broccoli into smaller pieces. Bring to the boil in the pasta water for the last 3 minutes.
- Turn the pasta and broccoli into the sauce.
- Top with parmesan and nuts and black pepper.
