Tikka Masala with Beans and Roasted Broccoli Vegan Recipe

Ingredients

  • 3 dl basmati rice or jasmine rice
  • 490 g of india tikka masala
  • 410 g kidney beans, rinsed (canned)
  • 1 dl water
  • 250 g broccoli
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp fling salt
  • 20 g of fresh coriander

How to prepare

  • Cook the rice according to the instructions on the package. Heat Tikka Masala with the beans and water. Cut broccoli into bouquets and divide them in half.
  • Cut the broccoli stalk into thin slices. Fry in oil in a really hot pan until broccoli has a nice color. Sprinkle with flake salt. Serve the casserole with rice, coriander and roasted broccoli.
