Omelet with cauliflower and avocado 4 people recipe
- ½ cauliflower
- 1 teaspoon turmeric
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 5 eggs
- 1 fist of coriander
- ½ teaspoon salt

How to make an egg sandwich with avocado
- Sprinkle cauliflower in the food processor.
- Add the other ingredients to the loaves and fry 8 pieces for 4 minutes each.
- Cut the eggs roughly, mash the avocados and mix together the eggs, avocado and spices and lemon zest and juice.
