Egg Sandwich with Avocado Recipe

Omelet with cauliflower and avocado 4 people recipe

  • ½ cauliflower
  • 1 teaspoon turmeric
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 5 eggs
  • 1 fist of coriander
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 1 tbsp Fiber REMEMBER
  • ½ lime
  • ½ cup of soy milk
    5 tbsp whole-grain rice flour
  • 1 teaspoon coconut oil or butter for frying
  • egg salad
  • 2 hard-boiled eggs
  • 2 large avocados
  • 1/5 chopped fresh chilli
  • Juice/peel from 1/6 lemon
  • Ev 1 garlic clove
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • Fresh pepper
  • Possible sprouts

How to make an egg sandwich with avocado

  • Sprinkle cauliflower in the food processor.
  • Add the other ingredients to the loaves and fry 8 pieces for 4 minutes each.
  • Cut the eggs roughly, mash the avocados and mix together the eggs, avocado and spices and lemon zest and juice.
  • Add the egg salad between 2 cauliflower breads with a fist sprout.
