With this particular cream paste I have managed to put food on the table within 15 min and additionally just dirty down a saucepan and a cutting board (if you want even smaller dishes you can shit in the cutting board and tear down the mozzarella and basil with your fingers).
Ingredients Cream pasta with tomato, mozzarella & basil
- 4 servings
- 500 g of pasta
- 1 pot of basil
- 250 g mozzarella
- 3 dl oat cream
- 1 dl ketchup type chili sauce
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
You can also throw in some cherry tomatoes
How to prepare
- Boil pasta in plenty of salted water and shred basil and dice mozzarella of any size over time.
- Pour off the pasta when it is about 2-3 minutes left on cooking time. Keep the heat on the plate and pour the cream and chili sauce into the hot saucepan. Taste off with some garlic powder and salt.
- Put in the pasta and let it be done in the sauce. Finish by stirring down the mozzarella and serve with basil at the table.
