Vegetarian Pasta with Mushroom Sauce Recipe

Ingredients

  • 300 g pasta eg fusilli, pen rigate, gnocchi
  • 300 g mixed mushrooms eg mushrooms, mash, oyster slices, shiitake
  • 5 marinated sun-dried tomatoes, shredded
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 2.5 dl cooking cream
  • salt and black pepper
  • Accessories:
  • grated cheese
  • mixed salad

How to prepare

  • Cook the pasta as directed on the package.
  • Cut the mushrooms into pieces and cut into a little of the oil from the tomatoes for about 5 minutes. Add tomatoes and garlic and fry for a few more minutes. Add cream, bring to a boil and simmer for a few minutes.
  • Season with salt and pepper. Mix the pasta with the mushroom sauce, sprinkle with some cheese and serve with salad.
