Ingredients 4 servings
- Salmon fillet with the skin left: 700 g
- Salt: ½ tsp
- Black pepper: 1 pinch
- Finely chopped fresh dill: 2 dl
- Cheese: 2 dl
- Great lemon peels from one
How to prepare
- Mix dill, cheese and lemon zest into a crumbly mixture.
- Salt and pepper the salmon on the meat side.
- Place it on a sheet of grill foil with the skin side down.
- Distribute the cheese mixture evenly as a quilt over the salmon.
- Grill the salmon 10-15 minutes under the cover.
