Grilled Salmon with Cheese Cover Recipe

Ingredients 4 servings

  • Salmon fillet with the skin left: 700 g
  • Salt: ½ tsp
  • Black pepper: 1 pinch
  • Finely chopped fresh dill: 2 dl
  • Cheese:  2 dl
  • Great lemon peels from one

How to prepare

  • Mix dill, cheese and lemon zest into a crumbly mixture.
  • Salt and pepper the salmon on the meat side.
  • Place it on a sheet of grill foil with the skin side down.
  • Distribute the cheese mixture evenly as a quilt over the salmon.
  • Grill the salmon 10-15 minutes under the cover.
